Juan Soto shares his exclusive Topps Card feat Daddy Yankee

Yankees ace RF Juan Soto has been a man on a mission since making his move to the Bronx this past offseason. He has showcased a well-rounded ability to excel in both offense and defense.

Soto has also showcased a picture of his latest Topps Card on Instagram. The card, which is now available online as well as in stores, features Puerto Rican rapper and singer Daddy Yankee alongside the Dominican star. The card also features both Soto's and Daddy Yankee's official autographs. Soto captioned his story:

Juan Soto broke out in the major league picture in 2018 after signing a minor league contract as an international free agent with the Washington Nationals in 2015. He won the 2019 World Series title with the Nats and claimed the NL batting title in 2020. In 2022, he was traded to the San Diego Padres for CJ Abrams and five other young ballplayers.

He continued to showcase his class at the plate for the Padres before he was traded yet again this past offseason to New York. He then signed a one-year $31 million deal to avoid arbitration.

So far this season, he has helped breathe new life into the Yankees roster which suffered heavily in the hitting department last season and failed to make the wildcard spot in the postseason.

Juan Soto has produced staggering offensive numbers with the NY Yankees so far in 2024

Juan Soto has been simply amazing with his at-bats and plate discipline this season. He is leading the Bombers in several offensive categories, including batting average (.313), OBP (.436), and hits (82). Meanwhile, he is second in terms of home runs (18) behind only Yankees captain Aaron Judge (26).

Soto has raked in 55 RBIs so far this season, again second on the team to Judge (64). He will be the major talking point in the upcoming offseason as the Yankees will look to sign his services in the long term while other suitors might also spring into action to sign the highly talented 25-year-old lefty slugger.
