Yankees captain Aaron Judge, along with his furry companions Gus and Penny, will feature in a special episode of "Rubble and Crew," a spin-off of the Paw Patrol show, which will air on Nickelodeon on August 26, 2024.

TalkinYanks shared the information regarding the episode on Instagram, with the caption:

"Aaron Judge will make his Nickelodeon debut in an episode of Paw Patrol on Monday, August 26th."

In the episode "The Crew Builds a Ballpark," Judge and his real-life pet dachshunds, Penny and Gus, find themselves in a pickle while travelling. Rubble and his crew devise a plan to assist the star slugger, who also happens to be his favorite ballplayer in the MLB.

To help Aaron Judge participate in the Home Run Derby, Rubble and his crew decide to construct their own stadium so they may hold their own derby with grit and tenacity. Talking about his special feature in the kids cartoon, Judge said in March:

"As a proud dog dad, it was a blast to join Rubble and his friends in this adventure. Through my foundation work, I understand the importance of reaching kids and teaching them the importance of teamwork. It was so fun to combine two things I’m passionate about -- dogs and baseball -- to deliver this valuable message."

Judge was the perfect candidate to feature in the kids cartoon, considering the wide fan following the star slugger has both on and off the field. His offensive stats over the seasons have been exemplary, and the current season hasn't been a disappointment either.

This season, Aaron Judge has been in remarkable form and is having an offensive year reminiscent of his historic 2022 MLB season, which saw him break the all-time AL home run record in a season and also win the AL MVP.

Aaron Judge's offensive numbers have been exemplary for the Yankees this season

In the current campaign, the Yankees captain has been on song with his offensive prowess at the plate. He leads the league in all but one offensive stats in 2024. He has a batting average of .318, with 40 home runs, 101 RBIs and a 1.143 OPS.

Judge's continued excellence at the plate will be key for the Yankees as they eye a deep postseason run in the 2024 MLB season.
