Alex Bregman is one of the Houston Astros' most influential players. Offensively, Bregman bats No.3, making up a formidable top order along with stars Jose Altuve and Yordan Alvarez, while also being a safe glove at third base on the defensive side.
His pillar of support off the pitch is his wife Reagan Elizabeth. She is an entrepreneur, running women's athleisure brand Exiza. Elizabeth is also a popular social media personality, with over 84,000 followers on Instagram, where she shares content related to her day-to-day life as a baseball wife, mom and businesswoman.
On Saturday, Elizabeth took to Instagram and posted a series of photos as she prepared chicken noodle soup for her son Knox, who was under the weather.
"chicken noodle soup when little man is under the weather 🤒" Elizabeth captioned.
Alex Bregman and Reagan Elizabeth were reportedly first introduced by mutual friends in Austin, Texas. The two eventually dated and got engaged in January 2020, before tying the knot in December of that year. Their son, Knox, was born on August 1, 2022.
Alex Bregman's son Knox showcases his baseball skills in adorable video
Alex Bregman is one of the most potent hitters in the major leagues. In the 2024 season, that was on display as the Houston Astros star hit the ball out of the park 26 times. It appears his son also boasts a similar skillset.
On Thursday, "Play Ball," an MLB initiative, took to Instagram to post an adorable video of Knox displaying his hitting skills, as the tyke hit a pitch from his dad deep into right field.
With the Astros eliminated from the 2024 postseason earlier than they are used to, Bregman found himself heading to an extended offseason break. Although the disappointment of the early exit will sting for a while, Bregman has a few months of relaxation and more quality time with his family to look forward to.
Alex Bregman also has a big career decision to make, as he is set to choose where he will play next, having entered free agency this offseason.
