The New York Mets' shortstop Francisco Lindor couldn't make the All-Star game but that gave him time to spend quality time with his family before moving on to the second half of the regular season. Lindor, along with his wife Katia, his 2.5-year-old daughter Kalina and his one-year-old daughter Amapola Chloé, went off for a vacation in Florida.

The Lindor family checked in at the Four Seasons Hotel at the Surf Club in Surfside, Florida. Katia shared the photos on her social media. During their stay, the couple enjoyed some quality moments, a spa, and doing fun activities with their kids.

In one of the photos where the couple kissed each other, Katia was in black swimwear with a golden touch to her outfit. Lindor was in maroon bottoms and grey sleeveless.

"Mini Staycation," Katia wrote in the caption.

While there, Francisco Lindor prepared a custom coffee to serve his wife, as Katia shared a story, saying:

"Being home means my fav barista is back on duty."

Francisco Lindor and Katia first interacted in a social meeting before meeting three months later in Arizona. The Mets star tied the knot with Katia in December 2021 at the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens in Miami, after welcoming their first daughter, Kalina Zoe, on Nov. 4, 2020. Amapola Chloé is their second daughter, born on June 17, 2023.

Ahead of the announcement, a Mets fan posted a story about Francisco Lindor deserving an All-Star selection this year. Katia re-shared the post on her social media, while writing:

"All Star him right now."

Many Mets fans were left disappointed when the NL All-Star reserves list came and Francisco Lindor's name was missing from the list. It comes after Lindor was hitting .253 with 97 hits, 17 homers, 52 RBIs, 18 stolen bases and 63 runs scored in 95 games.

As the July 30 MLB trade deadline approaches, there are chances that Francisco Lindor may be on the move. At the moment, they are 49-47 and are coming off a 6-4 loss against the Miami Marlins on Friday. The next few games before the deadline can pretty much shape how the club approaches this year's deadline.
