It was a successful season for New York Mets' star Francisco Lindor. He started 152 games, hitting .273/.344/.500 with 33 home runs, 91 runs batted in and 29 stolen bases.
He was vital in helping his club reach the postseason and the success they had in October. They made it all the way to the NLDS, but could not get past the Los Angeles Dodgers who went on to win the World Series.
Now that the season has come to an end, Lindor is spending his time with his family and friends. His wife Katia posted a picture of them ringing in the new year with their two children.
The couple also spent some time with their inner circle.
The MLB offseason is a short one, so players spend as much time with their loved ones as possible. It sure looks like Lindor and his family had a great time celebrating the new year and are looking forward to what is to come.
Francisco Lindor's daughter is ready for the spotlight
New York Mets slugger Francisco Lindor is certainly the star of the family, but that could soon change. His daughter, Kalina, seems more than ready to be engulfed by the spotlight.
Lindor's wife, Katia, has involved her daughter recently on her podcast, "Unaparent." Kalina is not afraid of attention, embracing every moment she's in front of the camera.
"Okay, so, they put it inside of us and then they put it your belly and then they're born in the water" said Kalina.
When asked how babies were made, she didn't even flinch in her response. While she was technically right, there are some key details her four-time All-Star dad will likely tell her when she gets a bit older.
