In Photos: Freddie Freeman's wife Chelsea shares sweet moments with son Charlie during NLCS Game 3

Los Angeles Dodgers first baseman Freddie Freeman's wife Chelsea shared several pictures of her outing to New York for NLCS Game 3 with their eldest son, Charlie.

With the series tied at 1-1, the Dodgers traveled to Citi Field on Wednesday, hoping to regain their lead in the championship series as they vie for a spot in the World Series.

Freeman's wife and son were present in the stadium to cheer for the Dodgers star and Chelsea took the opportunity to share some sweet moments on her Instagram page with the caption:

"NLCS Game 3!"

Freddie Freeman was drafted by the Atlanta Braves in the 2007 MLB Draft and made his major league debut with them in 2010. He quickly established himself as one of the best players in the league, helping the Braves to a World Series title in 2021.

Throughout his career, he has received several accolades, including the NL MVP in 2020 and eight All-Star selections.

Freeman signed with the Dodgers in 2022 and has since been a central figure in their lineup. One of the central figures in the star-studded team, the 35-year-old has continued to deliver in their postseason run this year.

Freddie Freeman and Chelsea met in college and announced their engagement in January 2014 before tying the knot 10 months later. The couple has three sons: Charlie, Brandon John and Maximus Turner.

Chelsea is often seen cheering for her husband in MLB games along with their children and she is present once again with Charlie for the NLCS Game 3 in New York.

Freddie Freeman makes an impressive pick at first base to end the sixth inning and get the Dodgers out of a jam

After Kike Hernandez's two-run homer in the top of the sixth gave the Los Angeles Dodgers a 4-0 lead on the night, they pulled off an impressive double play to end the inning.

With reliever Ryan Brasier throwing to Jose Iglesias with two runners on base, a ground ball led to a Dodgers double involving Max Muncy at third, Gavin Lux at second and Freddie Freeman at first. Here's a look at Freeman's impressive pick at first base:

Shohei Ohtani later blast a three-run homer in the eighth inning before Max Muncy added a solo homer in the ninth to secure the win. The Dodgers now have a 2-1 lead in the NLCS as they into Game 4 of the series on Thurdsay.
