Gerrit Cole's wife, Amy Cole, had a lively summer season as she rooted for her Yankees ace husband. She also spent time with friends and family and went on little vacations with her two kids.

She uploaded some heartfelt highlights from the summer season, showcasing how she spent time with her loved ones during the break. Take a look at the images as she captioned her Instagram post:

Amy uploaded the post on Instagram on Monday, which showcases multiple people sharing frames with her. She's observed spending some quality time with Gerrit Cole and their sons, Caden and Everett. In another image, she's sharing a frame with friend and supermodel Kate Upton, rocking a business casual outlook.

In other images, Amy is observed spending time with her family members, which include her two sisters, Kaitlin and Jenna, and her mother, Lynn Crawford.

She comes from a baseball family, as her brother Brandon Crawford is a seasoned MLB star who won two World Series, while both she and her younger sister Jenna were softball players with the UCLA Bruins.

Amy met Gerrit Cole on the grounds of UCLA while he was being touted as one of the top prospects in NCAA baseball, while she had won the Women's College World Series with the Bruins in 2010.

After years of dating, the duo got engaged in 2015 and exchanged vows on Nov. 12, 2016, at The Ritz-Carlton in Santa Barbara, California, in the presence of close family and friends.

Amy and Gerrit welcomed their two sons, Caden and Everett, on June 30, 2020, and January 2, 2023, respectively. Both kids are huge fans of the sport and avidly tag along with their mother to watch their father play for the NY Yankees.

Cole had a late start to his 2024 campaign with the Bombers after sustaining nerve inflammation and edema in his pitching elbow during spring training. He joined the Yankees bullpen in late June.

Gerrit Cole struggled through his first few starts for the Yankees this season. His pitching velocity and placement were off the mark during his first two starts. But he has showcased great resilience since then, as the uptick in his pitching velocity has been visible.

He's 2-1 through five starts with an ERA of 5.40, 26 strikeouts and 1.46 WHIP. Cole has added much-needed depth and quality to a well-rounded bullpen, so the Yankees will hope that their ace can maintain good health and boost his might on the mound.
