Pittsburgh Pirates prospect Paul Skenes' girlfriend, LSU gymnast Olivia Dunne, often shares glimpses of her daily life with fans on social media. Naturally, Dunne's content revolves around her rigorous practice/competition schedule.

On Friday, Dunne posted a video on Instagram to showcase her skill on the balance beam. Dunne has over five million followers on Instagram and over eight million on TikTok.

"Some good ol beam😁," Dunne captioned her story.

Olivia Dunne prepares for "super senior" year at LSU

Dunne joined the gymnastics program at LSU in 2020, and the 2024 season was her senior year with the Lady Tigers. In July, she announced her decision to extend her stay in Louisiana and be a part of the gymnastics team for an extra year.

On Tuesday, Dunne posted two photos on Instagram, one from when she joined LSU in 2020 and the second much more recent.

"In the blink of an eye #supersenior #old," she captioned the post.

The LSU women's gymnastics team is often regarded as one of the best in the country, and the Lady Tigers proved their credentials in the 2024 season as they won the national title in April.

The team for the upcoming campaign seems to be even better, boasting proven winners such as Haleigh Bryant and Olympic gold medal winner Hezly Rivera. Rivera announced her commitment to LSU in September.

“I am so blessed and excited to announce that I have verbally committed to Louisiana State University on a full athletic scholarship,” Rivera wrote on Instagram. ... “Thank you to my family, coaches and teammates for helping me throughout this process. I also want to thank all the girls, coaches and staff at LSU for everything.”

The way the team is shaping up at the moment, the Lady Tigers will be backing themselves to repeat the success of the 2024 season.
