Pirates rookie pitcher Paul Skenes' girlfriend Olivia Dunne rocked an elegant shimmering gold dress for the ESPY Awards night in Los Angeles, California, on Thursday. Livvy completed her look with an elegant hairstyle complete with golden leaf-styled hair clips.
Take a look at Dunne's outlook here:
The 32nd annual ceremony of the ESPY Awards was held at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles and broadcast exclusively on the ABC network.
US women's legendary tennis player Serena Williams hosted the star-studded event on Thursday night.
Olivia Dunne's senior teammate with LSU gymnastics, Haleigh Bryant, was also nominated in the category of Best College Athlete, Women's Sport. While Livvy wasn't nominated for an ESPY, she boosted the morale of fellow athletes by making her presence at the event.
Dunne has enjoyed much success this year, as she helped the Tigers win their maiden NCAA gymnastics championship, soon after which she became the highest-earning collegiate athlete via NIL deals. Besides her individual accomplishments, she has also supported Paul Skenes through all his MLB starts this season.
Livvy has been present for all of Skenes' home starts this season in Pittsburgh. Paul has impressed with his searing strike-throwing abilities in the big league.
Last year, he helped the LSU Tigers win their seventh College World Series title, soon after which he was selected as the No. 1 draft pick by the Pirates.
Manager Derek Shelton finally gave a much-deserved debut to their No. 1 prospect in May and Skenes has not ceased to impress since then.
He created history by becoming the only ballplayer to receive an All-Star nod in their maiden MLB season.
