Going by the order of the months, the picture for January showcases Kayla in her third trimester, pregnant with baby No. 3. In February's picture, the entire Harper family can be seen sharing the frame with the soon-to-be mother. Bryce Harper's wife shared her selfie for the March image. The couple's third child, Kamryn Ray Harper, was born on April 22.
The image for May showcases Bryce and Kayla's older kids, Krew and Brooklyn, playing in their backyard. June has Bryce holding his newborn daughter alongside his wife as they stand inside the London Stadium, which hosted the London series between the Phillies and the Mets.

Bryce Harper and Kayla also celebrated their eighth wedding anniversary and 16 years of relationship on December 16. They are high school sweethearts and exchanged vows in 2016 at a church in San Diego.
