Mike Trout didn't have a good 2024 season, playing just 29 games due to multiple injuries. On the bright side, Trout spent quality time with his family of four: his wife Jessica, sons Beckham Aaron, and Jordy Michael.
On Wednesday, Trout and his wife Jessica shared several snaps in a combined Instagram post. Trout made his feelings known about his family through the following caption:
"The greatest gifts in my life are these people that I share it with. Merry Christmas from the Trout family!"
The first picture showed Trout throwing Beckham in the air with Jessica holding Jordy in her arms.
The second snap had all four facing the camera smiling while the third one had the Angels superstar with his two sons, sans his wife. The fourth snap only had baby Jordy while the fifth one only had Jessica with her oldest son in smiles.
Unlike most MLB players' families, who wore coordinated outfits, the Trout family opted for different casual looks. Mike Trout and Beckham were dressed in tees and jeans, while Jessica also chose casual attire, pairing it with knee-high fur boots.

Mike Trout is arguably the greatest baseball player of his generation.
This has earned Trout a fanbase of his own. UFC legend and Olympian Daniel Cormier is a fan of the slugger. As such, it was unsurprising Trout received heartfelt messages on his recent Christmas post.
Longtime "Green Day" drummer and German Musician Tre Cool, real name Frank Edwin Wright III, gamer and content creator Kris Lamberton, popularly known as Faze Swagg, and luxury realtor Kimi Masacaro Fry sent Christmas wishes to Trout and his family.
"Merry Christmas to you and your beautiful family 🎄❤️🎄" - Fry commented.
"Merry Christmas Trout family!!!!🎄" - Tre Cool commented.
"Merry Christmas to you and the family!" - Lamberton commented.
To avoid injuries, Trout has expressed interest in playing the designated hitter role in 2025.
Despite being one of the best, Mike Trout has never been able to make a deep postseason run, even when Shohei Ohtani played for the franchise. The Angels intend to change that, evidenced by their busy offseason, with the acquisition of Jorge Soler being the highlight.
