Hannah Jeter is a successful model. She started her modeling journey as a 16-year-old in 2006 for a Polo Ralph Lauren campaign. She later worked as the primary model of a Ralph Lauren fragrance, Ralph Rocks.

Growing up, she wished to pursue tennis and was active on the Caribbean Tennis Circuit. In fact, her decision to foray into modeling was influenced by her desire to support her tennis career.

Jeter featured on the covers of international magazines such as Mexico's Elle, France's FHM and South Africa's FHM. But her biggest claim to fame in the field came as a swimsuit model for Sports Illustrated. For four years between 2013 and 2017, she modeled for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. She adorned the cover of the famous magazine in 2015.

Despite her hugely popular modeling career, Hannah Jeter took a backseat in the industry after her wedding to Derek as she transitioned into taking care of her family. She hasn't modeled for the past five years.

She is also involved in fundraising and charity, and serves as a director on the board of her husband's Turn 2 foundation.

They were seen in public for the first time later that year in August 2012. Derek confirmed their engagement in a blog post published in November 2015.

They got married in St. Helena, California, on July 9, 2016.
