Reigning world champion Los Angeles Dodgers have made key additions to the team in hopes of being MLB's next great dynasty. They have acquired the services of two-time Cy Young winner Blake Snell, former All-Star Michael Conforto, and has re-signed Tommy Edman and Blake Treinen to ramp up their line-up ahead of 2025.

At the titular The Chris Ross Rotation podcast on Jomboy Media's JM Baseball channel, Dodgers starter Tyler Glasnow discussed the prospect of having stars such as Shohei Ohtani, Clayton Kershaw, Yoshinobu Yamamoto, and old teammate Blake Snell in the rotation.

"It's gonna be insane," Glasnow said (from 31:27-31:28).
"That's going to be fun. [Blake] Snell, Shohei [Ohtani], [Yoshinobu] Yama[moto], Bobby [Miller], [and Clayton] Kershaw. So many people. It's going to be a really good rotation," he added.

Tyler Glasnow also discussed with Ross about the prospect of club legend Clayton Kershaw returning. The lefty recently declined a $10M option with the team and elected to be a free agent but is widely expected to get a new contract and re-sign.

"He's so much more than a starting pitcher on the team," Glasnow said. "He's been there for so long. [Kershaw] has been engrained in the fabric of the Dodgers. He's such a huge clubhouse legend that his reach goes beyond baseball—not only within the city but the organization itself. It's almost like he's much of a coach as a player."

Tyler Glasnow and Blake Snell reunite on the Dodgers

During the pandemic-shortened 2020 MLB season, Tyler Glasnow and Blake Snell were at the forefront of the Tampa Bay Rays' unlikely run to the World Series against the juggernaut Los Angeles Dodgers. The duo ultimately fell short of the biggest prize in baseball in six games during that season.

In 2025, however, they have a chance to win a title together as a part of the Blue Crew. In The Chris Ross Rotation podcast, Tyler Glasnow—who has already won a ring with L.A. this season, dicussed the feeling of being reunited with his old buddy Blake Snell.

"Yeah, I texted him. I can't wait to just give him daps and tell him congratulations. I loved being teaming up with him on the Rays. I also love how nasty and good he is during the postseason. All of us are excited for him."
