Philadelphia Phillies catcher J.T. Realmuto's responsibilities extend beyond the baseball field. The catcher, who has been married to Alexis Taylor since Nov. 2017, is a father to four children: daughters Gracie and Willa Mae, born in 2018 and 2019 and sons Cash and Zane, born in 2021 and 2023, respectively.
Representing the state of Philadelphia in MLB, Realmuto has a partnership with Pennie, "a government organization created to help individuals and families easily shop for, compare and buy health coverage in Pennsylvania."
On Thursday, Realmuto highlighted the joy of spending quality time with his family during the offseason while promoting Pennsylvania's government-run health insurance marketplace, Pennie. Realmuto shared quality moments with his daughters in the post.

Using his platform, Realmuto is raising awareness about health insurance enrollment in Pennsylvania. The campaign highlights the open enrollment period for 2025 coverage, which runs through Jan. 15.
J.T. Realmuto shares concerning crime detail in the Philippines
J.T. Realmuto often uses his platform to raise awareness in his community.
On Dec. 10, in collaboration with non-profit organizations International Justice Mission, Dressember and The Increase Women community, Realmuto provided a concerning crime detail involving children in the Philippines.
"2.7 million. The number of online tips reporting possible online sexual exploitation of children in the Philippines in 2023. This number has more than tripled since 2019," Realmuto wrote in caption.
The organization and community mentioned are actively involved in doing and raising awareness regarding the crimes.
On the baseball front, J.T. Realmuto's Phillies fell short in the NLDS round against the New York Mets. He only played 99 games in 2024, as he underwent right knee meniscectomy surgery on June 12 in Philadelphia.
