While Jackson Holliday realized his dream of playing in the majors, his rookie season didn't finish on expected lines. However, irrespective of that, his wife, Chloe, will always be a supporter, cheering him on, even on his worst days.
That has remained true throughout the season; with her appearing for games at Harbour Park (the Triple-A Norfolk Tides' home) or Camden Yards (the Orioles ballpark).
The Baltimore Orioles rookie, who was picked first overall in the 2022 MLB draft, made his debut in the majors earlier this year. However, after a dismal start, he was optioned back but was brought back again in a much improved second stint in late July.
With the Orioles being knocked off of the postseason, his season finished hitting .189 along with five home runs and four stolen bases.
On Friday, Chloe posted a heartfelt message along with snaps of Jackson Holliday from the field to reflect on the season. She wrote:
"WHAT a szn & wild ride this year! Love being by your side always! Thank you Lord for another szn with my guy, cheering you on forever."
Jackson Holliday returns home and his pup is overwhelmed
After completing his first year with the Orioles, Jackson Holliday heads back home with his wife Chloe. On Friday, his wife shared a snap where, in a small baseball field, their pup Cocount can be seen enjoying time with Holliday around the bases.
Chloe captured this moment as their offseason has just started.
"Back home and Cocounut is loving it," Chloe wrote.
Jackson Holliday and Chloe met and started dating while in high school in Stilwater, Oklahoma. Holliday's cousin played Cupid, and since then, they have gone strong.
In 2022, during their Mexican trip, Holliday proposed to Chloe, to which she said "yes." Earlier this year, the couple tied the knot for forever in January.
The couple now has a relaxing offseason to look forward to. They like to spend time traveling the world, and in the last offseason, they went to the Dominican Republic to understand the underprivileged section of society there.
