Altuve's wife works as a bioanalyst, according to her Instagram bio, and she's also a purchasing specialist, according to People. Moreover, she spends a lot of time doing philanthropic endeavors but finds time to hit the gym.

Jose Altuve and Neena live in Pearland, Texas, with their two daughters. They had their first daughter, Melanie Andrea, in 2016, and their second child four years later.
In the last 14 years of his career with the Astros, Altuve has helped them win two World Series honors. His family has always been there to support him. His daughter Melanie joined her mother at Minute Maid Park when Altuve won his maiden Fall Classic title with the Astros.
Both his daughters were present with Neena when Jose Altuve won the second World Series ring with the Astros in 2022.
