Nina has over 32K followers on social media and avidly posts moments from her daily life with friends and family, especially with the Astros star second baseman and their two daughters.

Jose Altuve dated the love of his life for several years before finally tying the knot with her in their hometown of Maracay sometime in 2007. This was the same year Jose was drafted by the Astros as an international free agent. The couple moved to Houston and currently reside in Pearland, Texas, with their two daughters.
They welcomed their first daughter, Melanie Andrea, in November 2016. They embraced parenthood for the second time with the birth of their younger daughter, who arrived in 2020.
While Altuve pursued a career in baseball and etched his name into the history books of the Astros, his wife pursued a degree in bioanalytics, which she completed in 2012. Besides being an analyst, she also works as a purchasing specialist.
Both his daughters alongside his wife Nina were in attendance to cheer for Altuve as he lifted the second World Series crown with the Astros in 2022. The family also has a pet canine named Bruno.

Altuve capped off a decent season with the Astros last year which saw the second baseman become an All-Star, win a silver slugger award, and get named on the All-MLB second team for the second time in his MLB career.
