Former big leaguer Jose Canseco’s daughter Josie showed off her dance moves in a recent Instagram post. Josie and former football star Johnny Manziel spent quality time enjoying the winter season in Aspen, Colorado.

During the trip, the couple had fun riding snowmobiles, cutting through the snow. Jose Canseco’s daughter also broke out some dance moves.

In addition to the playful moves, Johnny and Josie had fun kicking up snow and flinging it at one another. The winter getaway is one of the many social media occasions the couple has publicized.

It remains to be seen what Josie and Johnny have in store for fans and followers in 2025.

Jose Canseco not the only ballplayer in Josie’s life

Josie’s famous father, Jose Canseco, played in the big leagues in the '80s and '90s with the Oakland Athletics and Texas Rangers, among other clubs, eventually retiring after the 2001 season.

But Canseco is not the only ballplayer in Josie’s life. Johnny Manziel, while known as a football quarterback, was also an accomplished baseball player in his youth.

According to Johnny’s Wikipedia bio, he played baseball at Tivy High School. When Manziel joined Texas A&M to play football, he explored the possibility of becoming a two-sport athlete.

However, Manziel gave up his baseball ambitions after winning the starting quarterback job with the Aggies. Still, Manziel was regarded as a talented infielder, earning him significant recognition from baseball scouts.

Manziel’s talents were good enough to prompt the San Diego Padres to draft him in the 28th round in 2014, taking him with the 837th pick.

The Padres envisioned Manziel as a shortstop. Nevertheless, Manziel did not pursue a baseball career, instead focusing solely on football. Manziel was drafted in the first round in 2014 by the Cleveland Browns with the 22nd pick.

Manziel had a whirlwind football career, including a tumultuous personal life.

Manziel married Vre Tiesi in March 2018, divorcing in November 2021.

Despite the romantic turmoil, Manziel found love again with Jose Canseco’s daughter Josie, publicly disclosing their relationship in April. Since then, the couple has been active on social media, sharing their adventures with fans and followers.
