Jose Canseco's daughter, Josie, shared an endearing snap from a night out in the city with her boyfriend, Johnny Manziel. The duo rocked an all-black ensemble.
Manziel wore a greyish black T-shirt with black pants and a semi-white striped black jacket, while Josie rocked a black lacy co-ord set. She posted a heartfelt message for her date for the night on social media.
"N I love you sweet boy."
Josie Canseco and Johnny Manziel were first spotted together earlier in the year when she shared a snap of her resting her sneakers on Manziel's leg on a flight. The duo was then snapped inside Minute Maid Park while participating in rapper Travis Scott's HBCU softball classic game.
Since then, the duo have been seen many times together, attending events and concerts. Most recently, they were spotted attending an Alexander Wang event in NYC, which was a part of New York Fashion Week.
For the NYFW event, Josie wore a brown leather jacket with the same colored skirt, completing the ensemble with knee-height boots, while Johnny Manziel went for a more casual look with a grey hoodie and black pants.
Manziel is a former Cleveland Browns quarterback and spent some time in the Canadian Football League with the Hamilton Tigers and Montreal Alouettes. He hasn't played professional football since 2022 but has diversified his career via television and social media.
Jose Canseco approves of Josie and Johnny Manziel's relationship
While attending the MTV VMA awards in NYC last week, Josie was asked about her father's thoughts on her relationship with Johnny Manziel.
"The status is great. Our relationship is great right now. He's (Johnny Manziel) here in New York with me just to give me company and attend whatever I need him to attend with me and we're doing good, I love him," said Josie.
"My family loves him (Manziel), my dad (Jose Canseco) has a soft spot for him I like to say becasue they just have a kind of a rare common denominator that they can talk about and relate on with kind of getting up out of sports and having to start your new life without sports and see what you're going to do with yourself after life of sports," added Josie.
