New York Mets center fielder Jose Siri's girlfriend, Kiara Thais, took to Instagram to post a series of snaps on Friday. She turned up the glamor, sporting stylish all-black swimwear while standing on a boat.

"We start🐆🌚," Kiara Thais captioned her Instagram post in Spanish.

Not much is known about how and when Jose Siri and Kiara Thais first met each other, as the pair have preferred to keep their relationship relatively low-key.

The pair have been dating for quite some time now, and Thais has often been spotted cheering her boyfriend on in various major league ballparks over the course of the 2024 season.

Jose Siri takes to Instagram to pen a heartfelt message to girlfriend Kiara Thais as the couple celebrate the New Year

On January 1, outfielder Jose Siri took to Instagram to share a series of snaps with his girlfriend, Kiara Thais, as the couple ushered in the new year in each other's company. Along with the snaps, Siri also captioned the post with a heartfelt message dedicated to his girlfriend.

"Starting my 2025 with the person who fixed my 2024 💜⚡️May it be the first of many #myharleyquinn 💜 Thank you, Lord God. Always his will and not ours AMEN 🙏🏻" Jose Siri wrote in Spanish.

On the field, Siri had a challenging 2024 season with the Tampa Bay Rays, as he struggled for offensive production, batting only .187, with 18 home runs and 47 RBIs, accumulating a total of only 75 hits over the course of the campaign. In defensive situations, however, Siri was his usual reliable self, and his athleticism on the field was, as usual, on full display.

Just like Siri, the Tampa Bay Rays' team as a whole had a year to forget. After failing to gather any sort of consistency over the entirety of the season, the Rays ended the campaign fourth in the AL East, with an 80-82 win/loss record.

Having signed for the New York Mets in the offseason, though, Siri is now set to play his baseball in Queens in the upcoming season. The new opportunity certainly promises to be an exciting one for the Dominican, as the Mets are now arguably seen as the favorites to win their division and potentially make a deep postseason run.

They have made several huge acquisitions in the winter, none more so than the monumental signing of superstar Juan Soto on what is reported to be the biggest contract in all of professional sports.
