Olivia Dunne started performing gymnastics at a very early age. By the time she was 12-13, she made her elite debut, finishing 28th in all-around at the 2014 American Classic. Six years later, in 2020, she joined the LSU Tigers.

Dunne announced in July that she would be joining Haleigh Bryant, Sierra Ballard, Chase Brock and Alyona Shchennikova for her fifth and final season with the program with hopes of defending the title.

On Tuesday, Livvy Dunne posted a video on TikTok, which included a comparison of her floor skills from the time when she was a freshman to now in her fifth season. Her video from freshman season saw her making an imperfect landing on the mat while doing a flip. However, her fifth season video saw her execute the flip nearly flawlessly.

"Just had to let me cook," she wrote in the caption, highlighting her evolution.

Olivia Dunne and Paul Skenes make each other better in their respective sports

In 2023, Olivia Dunne started dating Paul Skenes, who was in her senior year with LSU, playing college baseball for the Tigers. The two caught the spotlight, with Dunne being a decorated social media star and Skenes a top MLB prospect. Both athletes played key roles in LSU's success in college sports.

Skenes helped the Tigers win the 2023 College World Series, while Dunne was part of the LSU gymnastics team that won the NCAA Championship earlier this year.

During an exclusive interview with People in October, Olivia Dunne shared how their relationship helps them both become better athletes.

"I think that we play off of one another and make each other better," Dunne said. "Paul definitely holds me accountable, which I really appreciate. ... Sometimes it's hard to find it within yourself to do things."

The 22-year-old gymnast appreciated the Pittsburgh Pirates ace's work ethic.

"I feel like his work ethic is something I've never seen before. It's very cool to hear his advice for me, and I feel like that made me a better athlete last year," Dunne added.

Dunne is currently preparing for her final year in college gymnastics. Meanwhile, Paul Skenes is fresh off his NL Rookie of the Year campaign in the 2024 MLB season.
