The 2024 season would have been frustrating for Lance McCullers because he was forced to spend the entirety of the campaign watching on from the sidelines while he recovered from an elbow surgery he underwent in June 2023.
Though no Houston Astros representative has confirmed anything yet, it has been reported that McCullers may return to the mound in the 2025 season, as long as his rehab progresses ideally.
