Andy Pages and Shohei Ohtani hit a home run tonight
Andy Pages has been a bright spot for the Dodgers. After his solo shot in the 4th, he has now hit a home run in back-to-back games. Ohtani continued to shine for his team after smashing his 54th home run.
Ohtani delivered again with a base hit while Kevin Kiermaier drove him home to give the team an 11-3 lead. The Rockies' bullpen struggled miserably as the Dodgers lineup rocked them.
LA's bullpen stepped up its performance and held on for the win. But the Rockies slipped in one more run at the bottom of the eighth. Yoshinobu Yamamoto will start in Game 2, while Antonio Senzatela will start for the Rockies.
