Mets superstar Francisco Lindor's wife Katia bonds with Athletics' Gio Urshela's spouse Danna

New York Mets superstar Francisco Lindor struck a friendship with Gio Urshela at the 2011 Instructional League, and they have had a strong bond since. The two played two seasons together, in 2015 and 2017, with the Cleveland Indians (now the Guardians).

Their spouses are also close as Lindor's wife Katia shared an Instagram story of a snap of them on Saturday. Urshela's wife Danna reshared the story.

The photo was from Madison Square Garden. The Mets players, including Lindor and owner Steve Cohen, watched the New York Knicks vs. Sacramento Kings game.

Katia's next Instagram story was also from MSG, showing Lindor and his teammates on the big screen.

As for Lindor and the Mets, Cohen's team will look for improvement in their performance last season, which ended in the NLCS against the LA Dodgers. The $765,000,000 addition of Juan Soto was the first step towards that plan.

As for Urshela, the veteran third baseman signed a $2,150,000 contract with the Athletics in December. Urshela played for the Tigers and the Braves last season.

Gio Urshela's wife Danna shares adorable snaps on Christmas Eve

Gio Urshela married Danna Delgado, a Colombian journalist, in 2021. The couple welcomed their daughter, Gianna, in 2022. Urshela also has a son, Thiaguito, from a previous relationship.

On Christmas Eve, Danna shared six photos on Instagram, highlighting the love in her family. Danna wore a stunning A-line red dress while her daughter wore a frock. Urshela and his son twinned with a white tee, cream pants and white shoes.

The family posed in the first snap, while the second one only had Urshela and his wife. In the third picture, Urshela sat with Gianna on his lap while Thiaguito stood on his side.

Thiaguito was not in the fourth snap as Urshela held his daughter with his wife beside him. It was a sibling love snap of Thiaguito on the fifth slide before Urshela and Danna kissed their daughter on the cheeks in the last photo.

Danna has close to 42,000 followers on Instagram. Her feed is mostly related to fashion and family.
