As the holiday season is going on, Kristen Turner, wife of Philadelphia Phillies star Trea Turner, shared her experiences with toddler-proofing Christmas decorations. In a recent Instagram story, Kristen humorously expressed her challenges while giving fans a sneak peek into her festive decor for the special occasion of Christmas.
On Tuesday, Kristen shared a story with her 36.5K followers that included a picture of the Christmas tree decorated by her. In the caption, she explained her struggles to save the tree from her two toddlers, Beckham and Tatum:
"Fully embracing the two feet at the bottom of the tree with zero ornaments because my kids can not be trusted to not break anything.... I know I will eventually miss these years."
Kristen and Trea Turner met when they were both attending North Carolina State University. The couple got married in Washington, D.C., in 2018 and are parents to two sons, Beckham and Tatum. Kristen and Trea recently celebrated their sixth wedding anniversary.
On Nov. 10, Kristen used her Instagram handle to post about the special day with several pictures of the couple and their sons. She also wrote a heartfelt message for her husband, Trea:
"6 years 🤍 couldn’t be more thankful for this life and family we have created! Happy Anniversary babe, life with you keeps getting better and better 🫶🏼."
Thanksgiving celebration of Kristen and Trea Turner and their soon-to-be-born baby girl
The Turners recently shared some big news with their fans, as they announced the arrival of their third child. Kristen and Trea Turner would soon be parents to a baby girl. The announcement was made via an Instagram post by Kristen on Nov. 3.
The post included the Turners posing for a picture with confetti all around, followed by an image of Kristen with her sons, as her eldest held the sonogram. Lastly, the post featured a photo of the sonograms and an outfit that read, "Lil sis." Kristen wrote in the caption:
"Round 3…..baby GIRL coming soon 🩷."
Meanwhile, Kristen also recently celebrated Thanksgiving with her family and posted about it on Nov. 30. Her post included a couple of photos, one of which included the whole family and the other only featured her sons. She captioned the post:
"Sweetest moments from Thanksgiving 🫶🏼."
With the upcoming arrival of the new year, 2025, and their baby girl, it would be interesting to see what the future will bring for the Turners.
