Gerrit Cole is off to a terrific start in Spring Training and New York Yankees fans are taking notice. Cole is the ace for the Yankees and all eyes will be on him any time he takes the mound. His early results in Spring Training are pointing toward him having a tremendous season in 2023, which the Yankees desperately need.Cole was an All-Star in 2022 and pitched for a blistering ERA of 3.50. He also led MLB with 257 strikeouts. However, he also gave up more home runs than any pitcher in the American League.
