It was a year to remember for Paul Skenes' girlfriend Olivia Dunne. The LSU gymnast continues to see a surge in her following as she scaled new heights in her professional and off-field career.

Dunne started the year with a bang, winning the NCAA title with her fellow Tigers in April. While Dunne wasn't a standout contributor, she was part of the roster, which won its first gymnastics title in LSU's history.

Moreover, many expected that it was Dunne's last season in college. However, the gymnast shocked everyone by announcing her return in July, using her fifth and final year of eligibility, with hopes of defending their title along with fellow returning seniors including Haleigh Bryant, Sierra Ballard, Chase Brock and Alyona Shchennikova.

On Tuesday, with only hours remaining before 2024 ends, Dunne posted a picture from their NCAA title celebration. She dropped a four-word reaction as well.

"2024... you were sick," Dunne wrote.

Olivia Dunne also grabbed headlines off the gymnastics mat. Most notably, she was full of excitement as her beau Paul Skenes, who was picked first overall in the 2023 MLB draft, made his debut against the Chicago Cubs in May. Dunne attended the game in person and also attended most of Skenes' starts.

Skenes, who went 11-3 and posted a 1.96 ERA, was honored with NL Rookie of the Year, got a place in the All-MLB First team, and also started the 2024 MLB All-Star Game for the National League. Skenes had Dunne accompanying him both at the All-Star red carpet and even during the Rookie of the Year announcement.

In May, Dunne also featured in the iconic Sports Illustrated Swimsuit for the second straight year. It was the legendary magazine's 60th issue.

Even on the NIL deals front, Dunne made major strides. She was around $3.2 million in NIL deals to start the year but after deals with Passes, Nautica, Sports Illustrated and Jake Paul's W brand, her NIL value surged up to $4.2 million at present, according to On3.

Also, she graduated from Louisiana State University in December and received her degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.
