Paul Skenes' girlfriend Olivia Dunne reveals her New Year goal

Paul Skenes, a superstar starting pitcher for the Pittsburgh Pirates, just finished his first MLB season as the NL Rookie of the Year. While Skenes was a fan favorite for those who root for the Pirates, he wasn't the only popular person at PNC Park for his home starts.

Skenes has been dating LSU gymnast Olivia Dunne since he led the Tigers to the 2023 NCAA baseball title. Dunne is one of the most popular athletes on Instagram as she has more than 5.4 million followers. While Skenes is gearing up for his second season, she shared her New Year's resolution on Instagram on Tuesday.

The photos show the gymnast performing for the Tigers, who won their first national title in April. This will be her last year competing for LSU, and she will be looking to take her talents to new heights.

While many around the world are going to be coming up with outlandish New Year's resolutions, Livvy Dunne shows that she isn't going to be changing a thing.

She will still be bouncing back and forth from Louisiana to Pittsburgh to watch her husband on the mound, but her focus will be on gymnastics when she is at LSU.

Paul Skenes, who began his college career at the Air Force Academy, did not graduate from LSU as he got drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates. Meanwhile, Livvy Dunne got her bachelor's degree from LSU in December, but she will still be able to compete for the Tigers during the spring gymnastics season.

Not only was Dunne able to get her degree, but she used the love and support from Skenes to help refocus on her sport. She recently shared her thoughts about her upcoming gymnastics season.

"This past year I found a renewed love of the sport," Dunne told Sports Illustrated. "I had trained a lot in the offseason, so I felt really strong and healthy from the start and ready to contribute"

The power couple will continue to represent LSU.
