Paul Skenes' girlfriend Olivia Dunne walks down memory lane with 'princess' video from teen years

Paul Skenes won the 2024 National League Rookie of the Year award after a dominant season on the mound with the Pittsburgh Pirates. Skenes first became popular after leading the Louisiana State University Tigers to a national championship, and that is also where he met Olivia Dunne. Dunne is a gymnast at LSU in her final season.

In a TikTok video posted on Tuesday, Dunne shared a video that she first created back in 2020. Dunne would have still been a teenager when the draft of the video was first made. She did not say any words in the video as it had a trendy backtrack edited into the clip.

Paul Skenes' Girlfriend Olivia Dunne returning for final year

Olivia Dunne is back for her fifth and final season on the LSU gymnastics team, and she is going to have the support of her boyfriend Paul Skenes behind her. Skenes was in attendance for the first meet of the season for LSU, similar to how he was also in attendance at several meets last season.

The LSU Tigers highlighted their gymnast and posted an update on X back in July 2024 that announced her decision to return. Dunne has since been posting Instagram updates of her training routine as she prepares for some big meets to get her senior season started.

Paul Skenes could likely be back in Louisiana to watch his girlfriend compete over the next few weeks, but he will be reporting to Spring Training on February 20.

The Pittsburgh Pirates are hoping that Skenes can be even better this season, but it's hard to top a season in which the flame thrower went 11-3 with a 1.96 earned run average. Dunne is also expected to be in Pittsburgh to support her boyfriend throughout the 2025 season.
