Juan Soto has been vital to much of the New York Yankees' success this season. He has taken the pressure off guys like Aaron Judge and Giancarlo Stanton to perform every single game.

The addition has the Bronx Bombers looking like a postseason contender, but they are not the only New York team playing well. The New York Mets have turned it around after a lackluster start and are putting the pressure on the Atlanta Braves in the division.

The two teams playing well have upped the rivalry between the two sides, especially in the fans' eyes. While a Yankees fan wearing a Soto shirt tried ordering a coffee, the barista had a message for the fan. SNY Mets shared the image on X (formerly Twitter).

The barista does not believe Soto will be staying in the pinstripes for long. They expect the slugger to be repping blue and orange next season.

The Yankees slugger Juan Soto is on a one-year deal in the Bronx. He is expected to test free agency once the season ends, and there is much speculation as to where he will sign.

It is not out of the question that he could resign with the Yanks, but it will cost the club. Many MLB insiders have projected that he could sign a deal somewhere in the 10-year, $655 million range.

Most insiders believe Soto will stay in New York, which could come down to a battle between the Mets and Yankees. However, the Texas Rangers have also been mentioned as another team.

All eyes will be on Soto when the season ends. He will be the biggest free agent on the market, without a doubt.
