On Monday, Minnesota Twins third baseman Royce Lewis tied the knot with Samantha Hobert. The couple had been engaged since November 2023, when Lewis popped the big question at the Halter Ranch winery in Paso Robles, California.
Samantha shared several Instagram stories in the last two days, offering glimpses of the special day. While Lewis wore a black tuxedo for his wedding, Samantha opted for a beautiful white gown.
Twins shortstop Carlo Correa's wife, Daniella; outfielder Alex Kirilloff's spouse, Jordan; and free-agent pitcher Blayne Elnow attended the wedding, evidenced by their stories, which Samantha reshared on hers.
Daniella and Elnow's story showed the table and their invitation card, while Jordan's story was a cute selfie with the bride, captioned:
"My girl got married [Samantha Lewis] The most gorgeous bride"
Samantha responded by captioning the reshared Instagram story:
"I love you so much Jordan"
Several MLB players married their partners this offseason. Tampa Bay Rays outfielder Josh Lowe's wedding is the most recent. Earlier in November, Lewis' teammate, Jhoan Duran, tied the knot with Aida, the mother of his three children. In December, Kansas City Royals superstar Bobby Witt Jr. had a stunning wedding with high school sweetheart Maggie Black.
