Shane Bieber's pregnant wife Kara gives sneak peek into nursery details as the couple expects their first child

Shane Bieber is a starting pitcher for the Cleveland Guardians and a former American League Cy Young Award winner. Shane is married to Kara Maxine Bieber, the founder of KINLIKE and the KM Collection.

Bieber proposed to Kara on Jul. 17, 2021, and would wed on Jan. 21, 2023. Shane and Kara are now taking the next step in their marriage as they announced on Sept. 4, 2024, that they were expecting their first child.

On Sunday, Kara Bieber posted photos and videos of the new baby's nursery on Instagram. The reel shows a beautiful rocking chair and several prints of various animals on the wall. Instead of using bright colors in the nursery, Shane Bieber and his wife have used classic colors.

Bieber has spent plenty of time at home with his wife over the last year. Although he made just two starts during the 2024 season, he won both of those starts before undergoing Tommy John surgery and ending his season. The Cleveland Guardians expect Shane Bieber to return to the mound sometime in 2025, but he will be a father before that happens.

Kara Bieber is comfortable showing off her baby bump as she enters her 36th week of pregnancy and has chosen an outfit that keeps her comfy. The couple have kept followers up to date on the baby's progress throughout the pregnancy, and in October, they revealed that they will have a boy.

Shane Bieber and his wife will soon be able to announce the arrival of their son, and the Guardians hope they can quickly announce the right-hander's return to the mound.
