Michelle Obama spoke at the Democratic National Convention on Tuesday, with former MLB All-Star Zack Cozart tuned in. She and her husband, Barack Obama, delivered speeches, urging people to stand with them and Kamala Harris.

Michelle reminisced on her parents growing up and how they shaped her to be the person she is now. She also mentioned that they never aspired to be wealthy and were "suspicious of folks who tool more than they needed."

This was the issue that Cozart had with Michelle's speech. He blasted Michelle over social media about her rather expensive house in the historic Martha's Vineyard.

"Hmmm so why do u have a 20 mill house in Martha's Vineyard... seems to be more than needed," said Cozart.

That is quite the shot at the former First Lady, but Cozart has been known to speak his mind and hold nothing back. This is not the first time he has gone on the record and made headlines recently.

Trevor Bauer has been searching for a team to give him another shot in the big leagues, but to no avail. He said he would work for the league minimum, but no teams have bit the bullet yet.

Zack Cozart believes Bauer has the talent to pitch on an MLB mound and would like to see him return. He pointed at the recent injury to the Cincinnati Reds' starting rotation as a perfect opportunity.

"If I were the Reds right now because of the Hunter news I'd sign [Trevor Bauer] and when Hunter comes back could have a chance ... just sayin," said Cozart.

Cincinnati's ace, Hunter Greene, was recently placed on the 15-day IL with right elbow soreness.

Bauer is familiar with the Reds after playing with them from 2019-2020. He won the National League Cy Young Award with them before he departed and became a member of the Los Angeles Dodgers.

There is no denying that Cincinnati could use a dominant arm with their ace on the shelf with the work they have in front of them. They currently sit in fourth place in the National League Central with a record of 61-65, 6.5 games out of a wild card spot.
