It's been quite the year for New York Mets superstar Francisco Lindor. The talented infielder from Caguas, Puerto Rico, not only enjoyed a strong postseason run with the New York Mets, but he also found himself in the running for the National League MVP Award.
Nevertheless, despite the success that Lindor enjoyed on the field, it could be argued that he has enjoyed even more success off of it. The shortstop and his wife, Katia, have seemingly been enjoying their lives as a young couple, with Katia sharing her love for Francisco, as well as many stunning photos of them for their third wedding anniversary on social media.
Francisco and Katia, who have been married since December 2021, are waiting on the birth of their third child together. The power couple have two daughters, Amapola Chloé and Kalina Zoé, and will soon add a third bundle of joy to the Lindor household.
"Three years of marriage, countless cherished moments, and with our third child on the way, life with you grows ever sweeter. Te amo!! Thank you for choosing to grow with me and for being the perfect partner to navigate the beautiful chaos of parenthood together. Happy anniversary #3" Katia wrote on her Instagram post.
New York Mets superstar Francisco Lindor and his wife, Katia, use their social media accounts to share their feelings for each other and their family.
Not only will Francisco be celebrating his wedding anniversary and the future birth of his third child, but from a professional standpoint, his team also added Juan Soto this offseason. It should be a winter to remember for the shortstop.
Francisco Lindor once explained that he met his wife Katia after messaging her on social media
Francisco Lindor said that he originally messaged Katia on Instagram after a photo of her appeared on his timeline. In an interview with the New York Post in 2022, the New York Mets superstar said that he slid into his future bride's DMs months before before finally meeting her in person.
Lindor finally got to meet Katia in person in Arizona while he was there for spring training. It's safe to say that the pair hit it off because fast-forward a few years later, and the happy couple are here celebrating three years of marriage.
