Ozzie Albies and the Atlanta Braves last won a World Series in 2021 when they beat the Houston Astros in six games. A fan predicted that 2025 could be the year when they could do it again following a post of Albies with his favorite Koi fish.
On Sunday, Albies posted a video, showcasing his followers, a Koi fish having the Braves logo. In the video, Albies can be seen taking a fish out of his fish tank in a trap basket and pointing out the “A” on it.
Albies also shared that he never knew until one of his friends told him.
"Do you see it? 👀‼️ I never noticed until one of my friends pointed it out … there’s an Atlanta Braves “A” on my koi fish! Crazy, right? Braves fans everywhere—even in nature! 🤣❤️," Albies wrote in the caption.

Ozzie Albies wife Andreia shares Braves 2B's love for fishes
Ozzie Albies' love for aquatic creatures, especially fishes, is well documented. At his residence, the Braves second baseman has more than two large fish tanks, where he houses numerous fishes, and he has also named them.
There are red tail catfish (whom he calls "monster"), Peacock bass ("unique"), Koi fish (with an Atlanta Braves "A" on it), and Arowana ("lucky fish").
Earlier this month, Albies wife Andreia shared a video where Albies can be seen having fun with his fishes. Andreia took a dig at Albies for staying too much with them.
"My husband, doing literally everything possible … except staying inside," she wrote in the caption.
Albies and his family members take special care of all the fish tanks he has at his home.
There's also a documentary named "Always Believe: The Ozzie Albies Story" which showcases his love for animals and talks about his foundation, Ozzie Albies Foundation, which is dedicated to taking care for animals.
