Los Angeles Dodgers first baseman Freddie Freeman and his family are enjoying the holiday season after the All-Star slugger's World Series heroics against the New York Yankees in October.
Freddie Freeman's wife, Chelsea, offered a glimpse into heir Christmas celebrations by sharing a hilarious decoration for their three sons. She posted two videos on her Instagram story featuring an elf toy, "Mr. Pickles." In one of the videos, the toy was placed in the bathroom with a humorous message for the Freeman children.
"Sorry I pooped (elf poop is red and green). Please help me flush - Mr. Pickles. PS - Santa is so happy that Max is doing so good," the message with the toy read.
Chelsea captioned the post:
"This is gross but I have three boys so they'll love it."
Chelsea and Freddie's youngest son was diagnosed with Guillain-Barre syndrome, a rare neurological disorder in children, in August. Following a few days in a pediatric ICU, Max was released to continue his recovery at home. He initially struggled in walking but improved with physiotherapy, as per updates from Chelsea.
It was a hard time for the couple who have been together for a decade now. They reportedly started dating in 2011 and tied the knot in 2014 when Freddie was playing for the Atlanta Braves. They share three children, all sons, Charlie, Bradon John and Maximus (Max) Turner.

Following Max's diagnosis, Freddie Freeman made an emotional return to baseball in the series against the Philadelphia Phillies on Aug. 5, where he was moved after receiving a standing ovation from the Philadelphia crowd as a sign of solidarity.
Freddie struggled on the diamond as he was hampered by a nagging ankle injury during the team's initial postseason run. However, he came in clutch at the right time, smashing a walk-off grand slam, the first in World Series history, to take Game 1 against the Yankees.
