First-year manager Stephen Vogt has the Cleveland Guardians running like a well-oiled machine thanks to a stacked bullpen backed by closer Emmanuel Clase. They sit atop the standings in the American League Central with their 62-41 record.

While they sit in the middle of the pack in terms of offense, they hold a team ERA of 3.63. That is the fourth-best ERA across Major League Baseball.

Vogt recently sat down with MLB Network's Greg Amsigner to discuss just how elite his stable of arms has been. Many of these relievers have been overshadowed by Clase, but Vogt wants them to get their recognition as well. (Start at 3:02)

"We've had 10 or 11 guys out there now, and every single one of them has pitched in leverage, every single one of them has pitched in length, every single one of them has pitched in the middle of an inning, getting us out of trouble. This is the most versatile group of bullpen arms," - said Vogt.

Pitchers like Scott Barlow and Cade Smith have really stepped up and got whatever job was asked of them done. Every manager dreams of having a bullpen like this. (Start at 3:16)

"They can get righties, they can get lefties. We have nobody, not one guy that has come up to the big leagues and contributed in our bullpen is a singular side platoon. They can get both guys out," - said Vogt.

Many bullpens have lefty or righty specialists, but not in Cleveland. Vogt has complete confidence that any arm in his bullpen can match up with anybody.

Stephen Vogt is getting his first taste of the MLB Trade Deadline as the Guardians manager, and it is not easy. He revealed he is not a fan of it, as it really changes the team dynamic. (Start at 3:39)

"You got a clubhouse full of guys that don't know. 'Am I going to be here tomorrow, am I going somewhere else, are we adding, am I going to be in this uniform tomorrow? I don't know'" - said Vogt.

Players are worried if they are going to be on the move or not, and it takes their focus away from the game. Luckily for Cleveland, they do not have many holes they need to fill with the trade deadline quickly approaching.
