The 2024 Major League Baseball season has finally reached its final stage, with the World Series scheduled to start soon. On Friday, the Los Angeles Dodgers and the New York Yankees will kick off Game 1 in their quest for the World Series trophy.
The Yankees advanced to the series after defeating the Cleveland Guardians 4-1 in the ALCS, while the Dodgers faced the New York Mets in the NLCS and advanced to the World Series after winning 4-2.
The Mets had a strong performance this season and are now preparing for the 2025 World Championship. However, some of their top players might not be with them for the upcoming season.
