MLB Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS) players have a lot of options on Wednesday with every single baseball team in action. Picking the right ones is imperative in the daily format since it all hinges on the single-game performance. To that end, we've compiled a list of the players to target on Sept. 11 in a classic eight-game slate.
Top Pitchers for MLB DFS Sept. 11
Blake Snell ($9800 on DraftKings, $9600 on FanDuel)
Blake Snell has been so good in the second half that he should be starting every time he's on the mound. The San Francisco Giants ace is, overall, 2-3 with a solid 3.62 ERA, 116 strikeouts in 87 innings and a 1.11 WHIP.
Michael King ($9600 on DraftKings, $10000 on FanDuel)
Michael King has been excellent this season for the San Diego Padres, so he's another player to pick up whenever he starts. He is 12-8 with a 3.10 ERA, 185 strikeouts and a 1.21 WHIP.
Hunter Brown ($9000 on DraftKings, $9400 on FanDuel)
Hunter Brown has been good for the Houston Astros, posting an 11-7 record, a 3.41 ERA, 161 strikeouts and a 1.27 WHIP. Today he's up against the Oakland Athletics.
Top Hitters for MLB DFS Sept. 11
Mookie Betts ($6300 on DraftKings, $4200 on FanDuel)
Mookie Betts has good numbers in spite of the missed time: a .306 average, 17 home runs, 66 RBI and a .916 OPS. He has a good matchup with the Chicago Cubs today as well.
Rafael Devers ($5700 on DraftKings, $3700 on FanDuel)
Rafael Devers has a really good season stat line: a .281 batting average, 28 home runs, 81 RBI and a .899 OPS. He's also batting .333 over his last seven days, so he's in good form.
Gunnar Henderson ($6400 on DraftKings, $4300 on FanDuel)
Gunnar Henderson is hitting really well right now. The Baltimore Orioles shortstop is 10 for his last 25 and 14 for his last 36. In September, he has five extra-base hits and seven RBI.
Budget picks for MLB DFS Sept. 11
Paul Goldschmidt ($4000 on DraftKings, $3000 on FanDuel)
Paul Goldschmidt isn't having the year he's accustomed to, but he still has 21 home runs. The St. Louis Cardinals star is also coming off a multi-hit performance, so grab him now.
Seth Brown ($3000 on DraftKings, $2600 on FanDuel)
Seth Brown is 11 for 32 in September, so the Oakland Athletics hitter has been good this month. During that time, he also has four extra-base hits and seven RBI.
Jake Fraley ($3500 on DraftKings, $2900 on FanDuel)
Jake Fraley has a limited sample size but is hitting .276 for the Cincinnati Reds. That's a solid average that most hitters in this range do not have, so he could be a smart budget pick.
