Trevor Bauer had a successful season in LMB for his Diablos Rojos del México team. The former Dodgers pitcher set a new franchise record with his 19 strikeouts in a single game, and he also tied the Mexican League record with nine strikeouts in consecutive games.

The former Cy Young winner helped his team to its 17th championship against Sultanes de Monterrey by shutting out the opposition for a 2-0 lead in game three of the best-of-seven series.

Following the win, the star Diablos pitcher made a stop at the Mexican Baseball Hall of Fame. In the frame, Bauer was presented with certification and an engraved baseball bat as awards for his stellar achievements in the league.

Bauer also gave it back to the Mexican HOF museum by donating his game ball. His agent, Rachel Luba, showered appreciation on the former Dodgers pitcher following his accolade.

"What an incredible honor it was for Trevor Bauer and Robinson Cano to be honored for their historical achievements in the Mexican Baseball Hall of Fame!" Rachel Luba wrote.
"Trevor set a new record with 19 Ks in a single game and was generous enough to donate his game ball to the Hall. He also had a record number of 9 consecutive Ks in a row during a game," she added.

Trevor Bauer went all in to celebrate his championship victory with Diablos

Trevor Bauer was seen celebrating the victory, alongside his agent, Rachel Luba. In a heartwarming post, Luba was seen heaping praise on the pitcher's success with LMB despite his potentially crippling illness and LMB's impactful role in reigniting the ex-MLB ace's love for baseball.

"Seeing Trevor Bauer both overcome a terrifying illness and partial paralysis, as well as manage to dominate this season at the most difficult ballpark in the world to pitch in was truly something remarkable. But seeing him fall in love with baseball again after it broke his heart in so many ways—that was truly something special" - Rachel Luba captioned her Instagram post.

Luba continued by describing how, post Bauer's success in Japanese baseball, he merely wanted to stay for five games in LMB. But owing to the warm treatment by Diablos and fans in Mexico, the pitcher found his way back to loving America's favorite pastime again.
