Like American football, baseball is also slowly garnering interest in Europe, as former Dodgers pitcher Trevor Bauer and his agent Rachel Luba made a trip to London in November.

Bauer and Luba were a part of a reach-out program by Baseball Jobs Overseas organized at City Park in London, England, on Nov. 3. Over two months later, Luba looked back at their tour to London and shared photos on Friday.

"Grateful for this job—the places it takes me, the people I get to meet, and the players I get to help ⚾️🌎🫱🏻‍🫲🏼📍london," Luba wrote in the caption.

In the photos, Luba was seen chatting with Sean Flynn, a former NCAA athlete who's currently into photography. Bauer is also seen chatting with some local coaches.

Trevor Bauer shares experience facing batters from Europe

During his time there in London, Trevor Bauer faced 15 batters from across Europe representing Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Great Britain, Ireland and Lithuania.

Sharing his experience, Bauer said:

"I gave up way more hits than I was hoping to but after not throwing baseball for 10 days. I think it was to be expected."

The former Cy Young winner also spoke about the quality of hitters he faced.

"They came out early and swinging at fastballs and put some good swings together. So, I had to start throwing some off speed stuff. Yeah, I really had no idea what to expect about European baseball because I have never experienced it before.
"So, it's kind of cool to see everyone from different countries and yeah loving baseball an event like this where you can throw to some players and then answer some questions and autographs. I mean it's everything to a lot of these kids."

In the video shared by Baseball Jobs Overseas, Trevor Bauer also asked the crowd assembled at City Park to try their hands at the plate and face him.

Overall, it turned out to be a good event, with the former Cy Young winner giving autographs, taking pictures and sharing his pitching knowledge.
