Indiana Fever rookie Caitlin Clark has left fans in awe of her skills on the court in her debut WNBA season. However, it seems like basketball isn't the only sport the former Iowa Hawkeyes star excels at.

On a visit to the Pittsburg Pirates' Triple-A affiliate minor league baseball team, the Indianapolis Indians, during their game on Thursday, Caitlin Clark showed off her baseball skills in the batting cage:

"Oh this is more of my jam!" Clark said after lifting the bat.

Clark smashed the ball in the video shared by the Indiana Fever's Instagram handle, calling it a "dinger" as she walked away to cheers from those watching on.

The star rookie is having one of the most remarkable seasons in WNBA history. She was drafted No. 1 overall by the Fever this year and wasted no time in attracting attention to the league with her skills on the court.

However, Clark has taken things up a notch since the 2024 Paris Olympics break. She helped the team's incredible winning run post the break, securing playoff qualification for the first time since 2016.

Clark also broke the WNBA's single-season assist record with her 317th assist of the season during Friday's clash against the Las Vegas Aces, further boosting her Rookie of the Year bid.

Catlin Clark receives special gift from Aaron Judge during Yankee Stadium visit

Caitlin Clark donned the iconic pinstripes during her visit to Yankee Stadium in August amidst the WNBA's Olympics break. The Fever rookie even received a special gift from Yankees captain Aaron Judge. The former AL MVP gifted Clark special Jordan cleats during her locker room visit:

"That's sick, that's awesome. I appreciate it," Clark said.
"I'll have to put it in a case. Might have to try them on, half my foot will go in there," Clark added as Judge chuckled.

The gift may just have worked as a good luck charm, as the Fever rookie has been unstoppable on the court since the league resumed last month. Clark is currently averaging 19.1 points, 5.7 rebounds, 8.4 assists and 1.3 steals this season.

In the Fever's 78-74 loss to the Aces on Friday, she ended her night with a near triple-double of 18 points, eight rebounds and nine assists.
