Juan Soto made the All-Star Game in his first season with the New York Yankees. It was his fourth All-Star Game in seven seasons, and he was mic'd up for the occasion. He delivered fun soundbites and hilarious clips, but the prevailing aspect of his time in Arlington was marked by his boisterous personality and insistence on having fun.

The first clip shared by the New York Yankees showed the right fielder swinging his feet in the dugout in pure glee with Aaron Judge, a smile plastered on his face. He spoke openly and happily with other AL stars in the field as well.

Soto joked with fellow All-Star Clay Holmes about facing Paul Skenes. Holmes asked if he was ready for the heater, Skenes' 100-mph fastball. Soto said he was "all over it" before clarifying that he hoped he wouldn't miss it when that time came.

He shared moments with Bobby Witt Jr., Steven Kwan, Judge, and others. He praised pitchers like Tarik Skubal, insisting that Judge wouldn't have to make any plays since the AL pitchers would record all strikeouts.

Soto appeared as if he was a wide-eyed star enjoying his first time at the game. He was taking everything in, appreciating the occasion, and interacting with as many of his AL teammates as possible. Of course, it's not Soto's first time, but he had such fun that it seemed like it was.

How did Juan Soto, other Yankees do in 2024 All-Star Game?

The New York Yankees were a great team in the first half, and they earned three All-Stars as a result. Both Aaron Judge and Juan Soto were in the starting lineup, playing center field and right field, respectively. They batted back-to-back, with Soto third and Judge fourth, slightly lower than their usual order with the Yankees.

Soto was 1-1 with a walk, a double, a run scored and two RBIs. His two-run double was instrumental in the AL's comeback win. Judge went 0-2 with two groundouts. Clay Holmes did not get used out of the bullpen by Texas Rangers manager Bruce Bochy.
