Justin Verlander's wife Kate Upton has been a supermodel for most of the last decade. On Monday, she gave a sneak peek of her latest photoshoot for "V" magazine.

Along with supermodel Candice Swanepoel, Kate Upton modeled for "V" magazine's V149 Fall Preview 2024. She shared a quick clip of the shoot on Instagram, with both her and Swanepoel on scooters.

Both models wore outfits from the Italian luxury fashion house, Gucci. Sabato De Sarno, creative director of the high-end brand, provided them with the look.

In her caption, Kate Upton gave credit to photographer Alvaro Beamud Cortes, fashion editor Nicola Formichetti, makeup artist Raisa Flowers, hairstylist Akki Shirakawa, video editor Simone Triacca and the managing partner of The Lions Management, Ali Kavoussi.

Upton tied the knot with Verlander in November 2017 and the couple shares a daughter named Genevieve “Vivi” Upton Verlander.

Verlander, who pitches for the Houston Astros, is not having the best year. In his last start against the Cincinnati Reds, he gave up five earned runs on eight hits and four walks while striking out three hitters over 4.2 innings.

In the last few years, Kate Upton has been a health advocate, while shrugging off multiple misconceptions in the fashion world. During an interview with FOX News Digital, the 32-year-old model spoke about healthy habits and misconceptions, taking an example of herself.

“Inside-out beauty is a big part of who I am,” Upton said. "But there is one thing she refuses to do, to maintain her famous figure. “I don’t believe in calorie counting. I believe in having high-end ingredients, so you’re giving yourself premium fuel.
"For me, food is fuel and what you’re putting in your body is what your body is going to give back to you. So if you’re looking for energy, a better mood ... or strength, you need to know what you’re putting in your body. It’s not just about counting calories.”

Upton further suggested adding high-end ingredients to one's diet. She prefers eating organic food, with vegetables making a big part of her diet.

"I also really like lean protein. Once you detox from preservatives and refined sugar, your body will tell you what it needs,” she added.

Upton also said that she does weight-based workouts to stay active and is consistent when it comes to her fitness routine. Mental health is key too and one's motives have to be strong enough to get the results.
