Mookie Betts continues his philanthropy work

The LA Dodgers superstar Mookie Betts is known for his off-field philanthropy works. His '50/50 Foundation', a non-profit charity organization, aims to help underprivileged children find their true potential without facing any medical and financial barriers.

In June, the Dodgers Foundation partnered with Betts’ 50/50 Foundation to donate $100,000 to Brotherhood Crusade. It's a welfare firm for underserved communities, to raise funds for their charity project.

Betts, who last played in June before getting injured with a hit-by-pitch, is expected to join the Dodgers in the Brewers series at American Family Field, starting from Monday.

He’ll be playing in a new fielding position as a right fielder and will move up in the offense lineup to make room for Shohei Ohtani as leadoff batter.
