Paul Skenes' girlfriend Olivia Dunne is in the French capital of Paris, also known as the "City of Love," to cheer for the U.S. athletes at the ongoing 2024 Olympics. In the last few days, her social media feed has been buzzing with her roaming the Parisian streets and meeting fellow LSU athletes participating in the Summer Games.
In her latest video, Dunne is portrayed as a magician, timing her movements perfectly with the glittering sparkle at the iconic Eiffel Tower. When her sister let her know that the video was captured perfectly, she started jumping out of excitement.
On Saturday, Dunne and her sister explored the streets of Paris, the city's culture and also enjoyed delicious Italian food and local cuisine. She shared glimpses of the trip on social media.
Apart from them, Olivia Dunne also met with the U.S. gymnastics team and also those from LSU. Moreover, she also attended a beach volleyball game at the 14,000-seater Champ-de-Mars Park.
Paul Skenes and Olivia Dunne make MLB All-Star Game red carpet debuts
The LSU couple made their way onto the MLB All-Star Game's red carpet at Globe Life Field earlier this month. Paul Skenes earned his first All-Star selection as Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher, the club that selected the College World Series champion first overall in the 2023 MLB draft.
Accompanying the rookie pitcher was his girlfriend, Olivia Dunne, who wore a glittering silver dress to complement Paul Skenes' white outfit perfectly.
“This is so cool,” Dunne said at the red carpet interview. “It’s different from any other red carpet I’ve ever been on. This is so chaotic; I’m having a blast! I’ve never walked on a carpet with anybody, so I was like, 'Alright, are we going to hold hands? What are we going to do?’ It just came to us naturally when we got out here.”
It has been an exciting year for the couple. Like Skenes, Olivia Dunne also raised a banner at LSU after winning the NCAA championship in April. The social media star was present at a PNC Park suite when Paul Skenes made his MLB debut for the Pirates.
And now, in the latest update, Dunne has opted to return to LSU for her fifth and final year and help the Lady Tigers defend their NCAA crown.
