LSU gymnast and social media figure Olivia Dunne will be featured in Amazon Prime’s new docuseries, ‘The Money Game.’ It will highlight the success story of Dunne and other LSU alums whose lives changed significantly due to the college’s NIL (name, image, and likeness) rule.
In the first trailer released by Prime, Olivia Dunne shared how the NIL rule impacted her life. The show will feature behind-the-scenes stories of Dunne, alongside LSU stars including Flau’Jae Johnson, Angel Reese and Heisman-winning quarterback Jayden Daniels.
“July 21st, 2021… the NIL rule changed. That’s the day my life changed,” Dunne said in the promo trailer. “The more eyes you got on you, the more people are going to try to tear you down.”

Olivia Dunne’s professional career since NIL rule change in 2021
Brands surfed fast to grab the opportunity to tag their name with future superstars, and Olivia Dunne was no exception. Her elegant gymnastics skills caught her attention; however, the NIL rule change made it easier to secure endorsement deals and merchandise rights, generating immense money and fame.
Dunne found a new horizon in the world of fashion. She also signed with Forever 21, American Eagle, and Vuori, increasing her social following every day and making her the highest-paid college female athlete in NIL earnings per On3. Her immense social media following has been one of the reasons brands are attracted to her.
Earlier in July, she decided to attend her fifth year at LSU, which was offered to the students due to the COVID-19 disruption. She has been dating Paul Skenes since her time at LSU and also attended his MLB debut game in May.
