On Friday, Nicole Gabriel Training (NGT), which is a private training facility for athletes, posted a video on Instagram of Hernandez doing an intense workout ahead of the 2025 season.
Hernandez also shared the post on his account. The caption read:
"Time to run it back 💍🔷."
The video in the post showed Hernandez performing various exercises including plyometric exercises for explosive power, strength and speed, and resistance training to bulid overall body strength for hitting and fielding.
Agility drills were also a part of Hernandez's workout, which included quick footwork and lateral movements to maintain agility on the field while chasing down fly balls or making sharp turns on the bases.

Teoscar Hernandez took a big step in his MLB career as he joined the Los Angeles Dodgers from the Seattle Mariners on a one-year, $23.5 million deal last year.
And he will be back with the team in 2025 and beyond as he agreed to a three-year $66,000,000 contract with the Dodgers on Dec. 27, 2024. The deal also has a $23 million signing bonus and over $23 million in deferred money, per MLB.com.
"I think I made that clear before I went [into free agency], that the Dodgers were the priority, and I was going to do everything in my power to come back," Hernández said in a press conference on Jan. 3, per MLB.com. "For me, money wasn't an issue."
In the 2024 season, Teoscar Hernandez played 154 games and had a batting average of .272, an on-base percentage of .339 and a slugging percentage of .501. He also hit a career-high 33 homers with 99 RBIs and 12 stolen bases.
