Aaron Judge and Anthony Rizzo took some time off from the field and spent it together at the US Open 2024, along with their wives Samantha Bracksieck and Emily Rizzo. Judge and Rizzo were seen sitting in the audience on Day 4 of the US Open at USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center.

Their camaraderie was evident in their personal lives, as they witnessed Karolina Muchova secure a 6-3, 7-6 (7-5) victory over Naomi Osaka at Arthur Ashe Stadium. Before the game, Aaron Judge was seen getting out of the car with her wife right outside the stadium.

Later, during an entrance photoshoot, the couple joined Anthony Rizzo and his wife, Emily, and the group posed for a picture.

They were also recorded sipping on the tournament's signature cocktail, popularized over the years by the name, 'honey deuce'. This drink combines lemonade, Chambord, three melon balls and Grey Goose vodka.

Judge has frequently been seen at tennis tournaments with his wife over the past couple of years.

Yankees hitting coach looks forward to the return of Anthony Rizzo

The Yankees first-baseman Anthony Rizzo got sidelined back in June due to a fractured right arm injury. The team still has to announce the date of his return, however, the hitting coach James Rowson wants him to make a comeback as soon as he's ready.

"It adds to what we have, and we’re looking for depth right now,” Rowson said (per The New York Post). “So the more depth the better."
"We know the value of Rizzo, especially a healthy Anthony Rizzo. We know what he can do to help with this final push, so I’m super excited for him to come back, the sooner, the better," Rowson added.

Before landing on the injured list, Rizzo was going on a harsh 29-game stretch, where he had garnered a .430 OPS and three extra base hits. Due to Rizzo's absence, other teams have an opportunity to exploit the Yankees with their right-handers and the team is relying on the left-swinging Ben Rice.

He's also been making his presence known with two walks, a home run and four strikeouts at Double-A Somerset.
