New York Yankees superstar Aaron Judge kept it neutral when asked about his views on the club's trades before the trade deadline on July 30. Judge claimed that this was the management's decision and he's solely focused on his current team as of now, which he believes is the best in its own right.

Judge added that he believes that his job as a player is to get on the field and win games.

"Yeah, we'll see what up-top does. As a player, all we can do is go out there and play. So they'll make the right moves and put us in the best position cause we got a great team here," Judge said. "We're a game and a half out of first place in our division, the toughest division in baseball. So I think upstairs they'll do their thing and put us where we need to be.

Recently, Judge worked at the Yankees' clubhouse in Tampa, where he decided everything from the jerseys to analytical data. He even mentored 200 children during a three-hour camp and talked with Hal Steinbrenner about the renovations. Many subsequently believe that Judge could play a huge role in the scouting of better talents. However, Judge has denied any such involvement.

The Yankees are currently 60-44 overall for the season so far, sitting in second place in the American League East standings, 1.5 games behind the division leaders Baltimore Orioles (60-41).

The Bronx Bombers will travel to Fenway Park next to take on the Boston Red Sox in a three-game series starting on Friday.
